Atlantis ITS Weekly Briefing

The brand front door,
POC Lab, public MkDocs, and the SBP/TDLC lane
moved into shape.

This week Atlantis shifted from scattered modernization work into a clearer operating system: the company rebrand sharpened, MkDocs is now accessible to humans and AI assistants, POC Lab became a reusable validation lane, Apps Hub modernization started, and the Security Blueprint / TDLC program began turning ports, trust boundaries, and agent memory access into reviewable artifacts.

Current Signals

What matters right now across Atlantis.

Latest Update

V27 turns docs and ops into migration-ready infrastructure

The week did not just add more pages. It clarified the operating layer: public MkDocs is live for humans and AI assistants, SBP/TDLC now has its first real blueprints, AAI-NOC reached v0.4, and the old Tailscale Radar lane was renamed Atlantis Pulse so the tool names stop colliding.

The practical win: Atlantis now has a clearer path for future app resale and transformation work. Clients can be pointed at a public documentation surface while the squad reads the same registry-backed source material.

AI-OS Alpha MkDocs Live SBP / TDLC AAI-NOC v0.4 Client Transformation
Operations

AAI-NOC becomes the sharper wrench layer

AAI-NOC v0.4 adds the backend health-check proxy, dynamic hostname handling, and model_group attribution fixes. OPS keeps the command view; AAI-NOC owns technical monitoring.

1. Executive Summary

What materially changed this week

  • Atlantis ITS external positioning moved to Atlantis Intelligence Technology Solutions; the old "Information Technology Services" meaning is retired for external brand use.
  • The main website received a premium AI-systems-company candidate with new hero art, modern positioning, and a tighter company-front-door scope.
  • Atlantis POC Lab launched as a validation surface, with Range Reserve as the first public validation-only concept page.
  • Apps Hub modernization started for apps.atlantisits.ai, with Mercy owning product shelf direction and a GSAP ScrollTrigger motion POC built locally.
  • CB-005 and the SBP / TDLC lane advanced into review; SBP-001 Public Static Site is active and SBP-003 Internal Ops Dashboard remains needs-review.
  • Public MkDocs is live at docs.atlantisits.info; registry v1.3 added security-blueprints, and the new MkDocs access protocol supports future client app transformations and migrations.
  • AAI-NOC progressed to v0.4 with token dashboard work, backend health-check proxy, dynamic hostname support, and model_group attribution fixes.
  • Tailscale Radar is now Atlantis Pulse on :5400; RustDesk deep-link integration is built but still needs Trunks / Vegeta device IDs.
  • Forgejo AI Read Bridge / n8n Council Memory Fetch is active as a workflow, but an allowlist/PAT-scope mismatch is flagged before it should be treated as fully tested.

Revenue/Product Infrastructure Needs Review

2. Shipped / Completed

Work that moved forward or reached a usable state.

Brand / Site

Main site candidate created

Ozzy / Claude Code produced a new Atlantis main-site candidate with the expanded name, AI systems positioning, premium dark styling, and new trident / tech / ocean hero art. Production deployment state needs confirmation.

POC Lab

Range Reserve validation page live

poc.atlantisits.co and /cigars are now framed as validation-only surfaces: no checkout, no payment, no tobacco sales, no shipping, and no live form submission.

Apps Hub

Motion POC built locally

The Apps page modernization lane now has a working GSAP ScrollTrigger POC at C:\AtlantisITS\POC\apps-atlantis-3d-hero. Build passed after dependency cleanup. Production promotion requires Shane approval.

Security / Governance

CB-005 moved into formal review

The Security Blueprints and Technology Development Life Cycle program now defines SBP structure, TDLC gates, diagram conventions, trust boundaries, ownership, and first blueprint targets. SBP-001 is active; SBP-003 is still awaiting review and gap closure.

Internal Ops

AAI-NOC v0.4 and SBP-003 advanced

OPS, AAI-NOC, Repo Radar, YouTube Radar, Atlantis Pulse, and planned Market Radar are mapped as internal dashboard systems. AAI-NOC v0.4 adds the health-check proxy, dynamic hostname handling, and model attribution fixes.

Docs / Registry

MkDocs registry moved to v1.3

registry.yml and the generated registry page now include the security-blueprints category. The index-generation drift and stale MkDocs publish lesson are captured for future compile discipline.

Radar / Pulse Suite

Manual intake and naming clarified

Repo Radar Phase 3.5 manual candidates and YouTube Radar v0.2 manual findings remain local/browser-backed and non-scraping. Tailscale Radar is now Atlantis Pulse to avoid implying continuous scan behavior.

3. Active Priorities

Grouped by the current Atlantis priority lanes.

Revenue / Product

Front doors and lead paths

Critical
Resolve lead-flow blockers

Nova chat intake and n8n plumbing/electrical field mapping are still overdue revenue items.

Critical
Confirm main site v2 path

Decide what is live versus candidate before QR-card and email-signature traffic scales.

Infra
Continue Apps Hub v0.2 polish

Keep production apps.atlantisits.ai untouched until Shane approves the promotion path.

Review
Keep POC Lab validation-only

Range Reserve and future POCs stay concept validation, not commerce or live intake.

Infrastructure / Ops

Runtime and observability

Critical
Escalate VPS Phase 1

Hetzner remains the major infrastructure unlock and should stay in the reserves-pulled lane.

Infra
Close SBP-003 runtime gaps

Portproxy / WSL IP refresh automation and AAI-NOC Postgres backup remain open.

Infra
Confirm local port map

Repo Radar :5300, YouTube Radar :5301, Market Radar planned :5302, Atlantis Pulse :5400.

Review
Resolve Memory Bridge mismatch

Fix the allowlist/PAT-scope mismatch before relying on the Forgejo AI Read Bridge for agents.

Governance / Security

Blueprints before promotion

Review
Close CB-005 decision state

Security Blueprints / TDLC stays needs-review until formal Council / Shane approval.

Review
Complete SBP-003 review

Internal Ops Dashboard remains needs-review until Jimmy review and Shane approval.

Critical
Keep OpenHuman sandbox-only

GPL-3.0 requires Jimmy review before any proprietary Atlantis integration.

Infra
Hold the lab boundary

Agent-tool experiments stay in atlantis-labs or copied test repos under the safety rule.

Polish / Brand

Sharper, not wider

Review
Keep homepage restrained

Answer what Atlantis does, why to trust it, and how to request a demo or explore apps/docs.

Infra
Route ecosystem detail cleanly

Move deeper lanes to Apps, POC Lab, Travel, Docs, and internal Ops surfaces.

Review
Normalize names

Apply AAI-NOC and Atlantis Pulse naming while noting old PM2/runtime names where needed.

Review
Carry motto updates forward

atlantisits.co creates the future; atlantisits.ai does not just create the future, it automates it.

4. Blockers / Risks

Items that are stalled, fragile, or need approval.

Revenue Blockers

Lead Engine work still needs escalation

Lead Engine / n8n posted a Roof Lead alert again as of June 13, but plumbing/electrical field mapping and the Nova chat intake page remain queued revenue-blocking tasks.

Infrastructure

VPS Phase 1 is still the unlock

Hetzner Phase 1 remains the shared dependency for stable Forgejo, n8n, NTFY, Prometheus, Grafana, Portainer, and future public/internal routing. It has crossed the two-cycle escalation threshold.

Memory Bridge

Active workflow, open mismatch

The n8n Council Memory Fetch workflow is now documented as active, but V27 flags a file-level allowlist mismatch against what is confirmed in Forgejo. Treat it as available with a known test gap, not fully cleared.

Internal Ops

Portproxy and backup gaps remain

SBP-003 flags WSL IP / portproxy refresh automation and AAI-NOC Postgres backup as open gaps. Either one can create silent operational fragility.

Public Exposure

Apps and POC promotion need gates

The Apps motion POC, POC Lab expansion, and any public app-shelf updates should not be promoted without Shane approval, status labels, and SBP-001 / SBP-005 alignment where applicable.

Memory Alias

Canonical filename may still point to V26

ATLANTIS_AI_MEMORY-v27.md exists and is active, but the generic ATLANTIS_AI_MEMORY.md file should be checked and updated if it still mirrors V26.

Licensing

OpenHuman remains watch-only

GPL-3.0 is a strong copyleft license. Atlantis can watch and sandbox it, but should not copy or integrate it into proprietary apps without Jimmy review.

5. Decisions Needed From Shane

Approval Queue

Concrete calls

  • Main site: approve current candidate for live deployment, or request one more polish pass?
  • Apps Hub: keep GSAP ScrollTrigger direction, or pause motion until static IA is finished?
  • OpenHuman: promote into Repo Radar seed/static data as WATCH, or leave browser-local only?
  • CB-005: approve Security Blueprints / TDLC as the formal documentation lane, or keep in review?
  • Memory Bridge: resolve the allowlist/PAT-scope mismatch now, or keep it limited until verified?
  • Backup path: keep Vegeta T: as the WSL2 export target this weekend, or choose a new destination?
Sequencing

Pick the Thursday lane

  • Revenue first: Nova chat intake plus n8n field mapping.
  • Infrastructure first: VPS Phase 1 and portproxy hardening.
  • Governance first: CB-005 / SBP-003 / SBP-004 review closure.
  • Brand first: main site and Apps Hub polish before the new QR-card traffic ramps up.

6. Squad Assignments

Who owns what in the current operating lane.

Ozzy

Architecture and company front door

Main website modernization, CB-004 consolidation, SBP architecture fit, and compile-quality operating context.

Mercy

Product shelf and briefing narrative

Apps Hub modernization direction, product/status labeling, Repo Radar comparison narrative, and polish discipline.

Jimmy

Governance and security review

CB-005, SBP / TDLC program, GPL/license review, threat model review, and approval gates before promotion.

Scout

Signal discovery

Repo Radar, YouTube Radar, market intake, tech watch candidates, and threat/signal scanner lanes.

Cooper

Build feasibility

Implementation checks, runtime feasibility, SBP/TDLC maturity recommendations, and cross-checks where system changes are risky.

Lyra

Research validation

Citations, external validation, research synthesis, social surface operations support, and deeper context verification.

Nova / Local Models

Routing and routine analysis

Nova Phase 3 routing, Hermes / Nova-Hermes local summaries, LiteLLM gateway awareness, and no direct execution claims without approved tooling.

Codex / Claude Code

Implementation support

Claude Code assisted the main-site candidate. Codex supported Apps motion POC, Repo Radar roadmap/data tasks, and this briefing draft.

7. Next 7 Days

Must Do

Highest leverage

  • Choose Thursday lane: revenue fix, VPS unlock, governance closure, or brand polish.
  • Confirm ATLANTIS_AI_MEMORY.md is updated to V27, not still mirroring V26.
  • Close at least one overdue red item: Nova chat intake or n8n field mapping.
  • Record approval or next-action status for CB-005, SBP-003, and the Memory Bridge mismatch.
  • Confirm what is actually live for main site, POC Lab, and Apps page.
Should Do

Stabilize the stack

  • Automate or document portproxy refresh after WSL IP changes.
  • Add an AAI-NOC Postgres backup plan.
  • Test the Memory Bridge with valid, blocked, and missing-secret cases if activation is approved.
  • Add poc.atlantisits.co, /cigars, and travel-site posture notes to SBP/public-site inventory.
  • Confirm backup destination before any weekend WSL2 export; V27 currently points to Vegeta T:.
  • Promote approved Radar candidates into seed/static data only after review.
Nice To Have

Polish and expansion

  • Rename the Apps POC from "3D Hero" to "GSAP ScrollTrigger Motion PoC."
  • Draft Hugging Face lane UI copy and metadata schema for Repo Radar.
  • Normalize AAI-NOC and Atlantis Pulse naming across docs while leaving legacy runtime names documented.
  • Prepare public-safe POC Lab expansion pattern for future concepts.
  • Review security headers for travel.atlantisits.co.

8. Memory Compile Notes

Must Persist

Carry into V27

  • Atlantis ITS rebrand to Atlantis Intelligence Technology Solutions and motto split.
  • Main site v2 candidate and restrained homepage scope.
  • POC Lab launch pattern plus Range Reserve validation-only guardrails.
  • Apps Hub modernization lane and GSAP ScrollTrigger POC status.
  • CB-005 / SBP-TDLC program, SBP-001 active status, diagram legend, and trust boundary conventions.
  • SBP-003 Internal Ops Dashboard status, PM2 runtime note, AAI-NOC v0.4, Pulse rename, and open gaps.
  • Repo Radar Hugging Face roadmap and OpenHuman GPL-3.0 watch/sandbox guidance.
  • Forgejo AI Read Bridge / Memory Bridge active-workflow status plus allowlist mismatch.
  • CB-003 confirmed active, INC-003 active, registry v1.3, and MkDocs stale-publish/index drift lessons.
  • Backup posture update: Vegeta T:/V: shares and pending destination confirmation.
Maybe Persist

Keep if still useful after review

  • Travel site TLS/HSTS posture check and future header-hardening notes.
  • Emergence World / AI town experiment as a CB-005 multi-agent safety signal.
  • Sean package details, if they belong in POC Lab documentation rather than memory.
  • Apps page section taxonomy if it becomes the actual information architecture.
Discard / Ephemeral

Do not bloat memory

  • One-off build cleanup details, unless they become a repeatable troubleshooting note.
  • Raw scanner candidates not evaluated by Scout / Lyra / Jimmy.
  • Browser-local manual candidate state that is not promoted into seed data.
  • Minor copy variations for the main site or Apps Hub that are superseded by the chosen live version.
Recommended Weekend Focus

Top 3 things for Shane

  • Pick the public-facing lane: approve or redirect the main site, Apps Hub, and POC Lab presentation before more polish work fans out.
  • Clear one hard blocker: choose Nova chat intake or n8n field mapping and force it across the line.
  • Lock governance next step: decide whether CB-005 / SBP-TDLC moves from review into approved operating doctrine, then assign the first closure tasks.
