Latest Update

Nova Lead Capture Pipeline Validated — May 2026

Nova Phase 2 has moved from router validation into active lead-capture execution. The Nova Router successfully accepted an authenticated atlantis.lead.capture request, dispatched it through the lead-engine service, routed the payload into n8n, and triggered downstream lead alerts through Discord and Telegram.

This confirms the core Atlantis revenue path is now operational: Nova Router → n8n → alerts → CRM/Sheet workflow. The next target is clean field normalization, Google Sheets validation, and public intake through Nova chat, QR codes, and contractor-focused funnels.

Revenue System

Nova lead capture is live

Nova successfully routed a roofing lead through atlantis.lead.capture into n8n. The system returned captured status, identified the vertical as roofing, and triggered automated alerting. The business pipe is now ready for structured testing across contractor and party-funnel sources.

Automation

n8n becomes the lead-processing layer

The n8n workflow now handles secret validation, honeypot checks, required-field checks, field editing, Google Sheet append logic, Discord alerts, Telegram alerts, and webhook response handling.

Funnel Strategy

Home Help shifts toward Nova chat intake

The original /home-help form concept is being refined into a lighter Nova-powered chat intake. This better fits QR traffic, party guests, and mobile users while preserving the same backend payload to Nova and n8n.

Infrastructure

Internal naming standard under review

Atlantis is moving toward clean internal names instead of IP:port access. Nginx is the preferred reverse-proxy option for Trunks, with nova.atlantis.lan, ops.atlantis.lan, n8n.atlantis.lan, forgejo.atlantis.lan, and horizon.atlantis.lan under consideration.

Observability

Trunks Grafana dashboard backed up

The Trunks Grafana dashboard is live and backed up as a known-good snapshot. It includes CPU DPC, GPU temperature, CPU usage, RAM, Wi-Fi throughput, and Disk C metrics for machine-health baseline tracking.

Operations

Thursday Briefing cadence adopted

Atlantis Briefing is now standardized as a Thursday Signal. It feeds the Friday AM Chronicle, creating a clean weekly rhythm: Thursday snapshot, Friday narrative reflection, and weekend execution.

Operational Priorities

Revenue validation next steps

  • Normalize Nova lead fields across roofing, plumbing, electrical, travel, rentals, and R1T
  • Confirm Google Sheets append is clean, complete, and ready for real leads
  • Clean Discord and Telegram alert templates with fallback text for missing fields
  • Convert /home-help into a Nova chat-first intake page with a simple form fallback
  • Generate party QR links with source and event tracking
  • Create the first internal Nginx route for nova.atlantis.lan
  • Migrate Horizon public repo strategy toward the AtlantisITS GitHub organization
  • Add service-health panels for Nova Router, n8n, Forgejo, cloudflared, and PM2
Lead Intake Standard

One payload, multiple front doors

Whether a lead comes from a form, Nova chat, QR code, Bluesky signal, or party referral, the backend should produce one normalized payload. n8n should not need to care which front door created the lead; it only needs clean fields, a source, and an event tag for follow-up tracking.

Outcome

Atlantis moves from build validation to lead validation

The week’s key outcome is that Atlantis now has a working path from Nova into automated lead handling. The system can receive a lead, process it, alert the operator, and prepare it for follow-up.

Known Gaps

Field cleanup before public traffic

Google Sheets final validation still needs confirmation. Alert templates are working but need field cleanup to avoid blank email, roof type, and message sections. Nova chat intake also needs guardrails to keep capture under 60 seconds.

Status

First revenue-validation cycle begins

Nova Phase 2 is operational, the lead-capture route is validated, n8n is processing test leads, Grafana monitoring is backed up, and Atlantis Briefing now runs on a Thursday cadence.
