Current Signals

Latest Update

Vineyard Trivia has a working host console

The generator suite now has a functional event-control experience: live question presentation, timers, answer and explanation flow, round progress, editable scores, standings, audience display controls, and an emergency return path. Practice Mode is in active development; QR multiplayer is the next planned phase.

Revenue

The product split is now explicit

Vineyard Trivia remains venue-branded inside Vineyard Nights. Atlantis Trivia Marketplace is a separately branded, deployable commercial product with 50 evergreen themes planned. Shared technology is permitted; shared branding is not.

Product

Music Bingo storefront is visibly built

Atlantis Music Bingo has a commercial landing experience, six seeded themes, and a marketplace-ready presentation. Its generation engine, provider integrations, and host tooling still need separate verification.

Architecture

Four apps should feel like siblings

Trivia, Music Bingo, Feud, and Mystery now share a product-direction principle: compatible host concepts, sessions, player and team models, QR conventions, timers, scoring, persistence, and export interfaces.

Governance

Decisions are ready to unlock execution

CB-009 v1.2 awaits ratification; Vineyard MOU v1.3 awaits signature. The LLC checklist is drafted, but legal and payment setup has not begun.

1. Executive Summary

  • Vineyard Trivia advanced from a plan to a working host console with an end-to-end live-event control flow.
  • Practice Mode is actively being built, while the QR multiplayer console is the next major trivia phase.
  • Vineyard Trivia and Atlantis Trivia Marketplace are deliberately separate products, brands, and deployment targets.
  • Atlantis Music Bingo has a visually confirmed storefront, but its underlying generation, integrations, and host tooling remain unverified.
  • The four-app Vineyard generator suite now has a shared product-language direction without erasing each app's independent identity.
  • Atlantis Entertainment remains live as a separate platform lane; multiplayer implementation is still unstarted.
  • CB-009 and the Vineyard MOU are decision-ready, while LLC and payment execution remain unstarted.
  • VPS Phase 1 and Nova's layered hardening gates remain the key infrastructure and safety constraints.

3. Active Priorities

Revenue / Product

Critical
Close the Vineyard decision stack

Sign or return MOU v1.3, settle the detective-versus-suspect role, verify the roadmap and partnership brief, and document the scenario model.

Critical
Move Trivia from host to player flow

Finish Practice Mode, then scope QR multiplayer around the shared-suite conventions.

Review
Verify Music Bingo depth

Confirm whether the card engine, provider integrations, and host tooling are real and usable beyond the storefront.

Infrastructure / Ops

Critical
Execute the Alpha infrastructure gate

VPS Phase 1 remains stalled after roughly nine cycles and directly threatens the August Alpha window.

Infra
Complete reliability follow-up

Finish the remaining resilience and legacy-cleanup work from the primary web-property migration.

Infra
Reconcile carried operations work

Confirm the current state of the intake, signal intelligence, business-card, and lead-field queue before further escalation.

Security / Governance

Critical
Keep Nova private until proven safe

Run isolated adversarial validation, separate public and internal contexts, add response validation, and complete layered connector review.

Review
Ratify the commerce model

Approve CB-009 v1.2, then execute the existing LLC and commerce checklist in legal sequence.

Polish / Brand

Review
Protect the split

Keep venue-specific Vineyard products distinct from Atlantis marketplace products while reusing only proven shared architecture.

Review
Hold lower-impact polish

Visual refinements and secondary enhancements stay behind product, Alpha, and safety gates.

4. Blockers / Risks

BLOCKED

August Alpha infrastructure

VPS Phase 1 remains unstarted after roughly nine cycles and needs immediate ownership and a dated execution plan.

GATED

Vineyard commercial launch

Agreement signature, product-role choice, current-document confirmation, and partner approvals remain prerequisites.

NEEDS CONFIRMATION

Music Bingo implementation depth

The storefront is confirmed, but the generation engine, provider handling, and host tooling were not independently verified.

IN REVIEW

QR multiplayer scope

It needs sessions, join flows, reconnect handling, input, and automated scoring without breaking the shared product conventions.

GATED

Nova public launch

Security evidence and separation controls are still incomplete; no public launch should proceed.

NEEDS CONFIRMATION

Older stalled queue

Several carried items have unverified cycle counts and should be audited before they are escalated or reassigned.

5. Decisions Needed From Shane

Product and Partnership

  • Vineyard MOU: sign v1.3 now, or return it for one final partner pass?
  • Mystery role: standardize on detective, suspect, or configurable player roles?
  • Trivia sequence: finish Practice Mode before QR multiplayer, or begin the multiplayer foundation in parallel?
  • Music Bingo: authorize a backend/functionality verification and build plan, or hold it at storefront stage?

Governance and Infrastructure

  • CB-009: ratify v1.2 and promote it to Active, or request another review?
  • LLC sequence: begin the existing checklist now, or defer until the Vineyard agreement is signed?
  • Alpha gate: assign VPS Phase 1 to Ozzy-Opus immediately, or name another owner and deadline?
  • Security foundation: require signing and tool pinning from day one, or explicitly accept a later retrofit?

6. Squad Assignments

Only current, source-supported work is treated as confirmed.

7. Next 7 Days

Must Do

  • Assign and start VPS Phase 1 with a dated completion target.
  • Ratify or return CB-009, then start the approved LLC and commerce sequence.
  • Sign or return Vineyard MOU v1.3 and settle the mystery role decision.
  • Finish the Trivia Practice Mode decision and define the QR multiplayer milestone.
  • Rerun Nova security tests correctly and document the separation gate.

Should Do

  • Verify Music Bingo functionality behind the storefront.
  • Confirm the Vineyard roadmap, partnership brief, and Phase 1A running state.
  • Plan an after-hours venue device and connectivity test without publishing unapproved claims.
  • Complete remaining migration cleanup and resilience follow-up.
  • Audit and reset the older stalled queue.

Nice To Have

  • Draft reusable suite conventions as an implementation checklist.
  • Scope a first Phase Shift multiplayer milestone.
  • Resume Agent Foundry and documentation visual polish.
  • Prepare separately approved public messaging for the venue and marketplace lanes.

8. Memory Compile Notes

Must Persist

  • Vineyard Trivia host console is working; Practice Mode is active and QR multiplayer is next.
  • Vineyard Trivia and Atlantis Trivia Marketplace are intentionally separate brands and deployments.
  • Atlantis Music Bingo storefront is built; full functionality remains unverified.
  • The four-app suite should share compatible host, player, session, scoring, timer, persistence, and export conventions.
  • CB-009, FIN category creation, MOU v1.3 corrections, and Nova's open launch gates remain durable.

Maybe Persist

  • Music Bingo engine and integration status after verification.
  • QR multiplayer design details after implementation starts.
  • Vineyard beta details after partner scheduling.
  • Reconfirmed owners for carried stalled work.

Discard / Ephemeral

  • Storefront screenshot observations once functional verification is recorded.
  • Superseded drafts and one-off implementation debugging.
  • Unverified cycle counts for older stalled work.
  • Expired personal-availability notes unless explicitly renewed.
Recommended Weekend Focus

Turn the host console into a governed product lane

  1. Clear the decision stack: ratify CB-009, close the Vineyard MOU and player-role decisions, and choose the Trivia Practice-to-QR sequence.
  2. Start the Alpha gate: give VPS Phase 1 a named owner, scope, and deadline before the August window compresses further.
  3. Validate before scaling: verify Music Bingo beyond the storefront and prove Nova's safety gates before expanding either surface.
